Grace J. Nunemaker, 88, 1075 Old Harrisburg Road, Gettysburg, PA died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Gettysburg Lutheran Home. She was born February 14, 1926 in Danville, N.C. the daughter of the late Louis and Blanche Jones Apt. Grace's husband Donald F. Nunemaker died in 1993.
For many years she was a waitress in the area at various restaurants including the Peace Light Inn, the Holiday Inn and the Dobbin House.
Grace is survived by six children; John L. Gallagher of York Springs, PA, Jackie Jacoby and her husband Donald of Gettysburg, PA, Carl Gallagher and his wife Diane of Texas, Carol Fetters and her husband Terry of Gardners, PA, Robert Gallagher of Gettysburg, PA, Kim Paulus and her husband Steve of Rootstown, OH, nine grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia Johnson.
Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg, PA.
