Apparently, Gottliebe did not settle permanently in the US. She arrived with daughter Maria in 1903 and again with daughter Wilhelmina in 1909. She is listed as a non-resident alien in the 1909 ship manifest.

    Wilhelm's wife - her name was Gottliebe - followed her children to the USA. I have a copy of her death certificate. She died on the 2nd of June, 1910 in Westmoreland City (County), Pennyslvania and was burried in the Union Cemetery of Irwine, Westmoreland County.
