Subject: Clark/Prickett Research
Your request for research was routed to me. A check of my files reveals that I did some research for you in April of 1995. At that time you requested the birth record of Glenn Clark. I checked the records from 1897 through 1909 and did not find him listed.
Today, I checked the Marion County Marriage Records and do not find a Clark/Prickett marriage. The only thing I could find was a small obit for Jacob Haynes Prickett.
I will put the obit in your envelope and mail it to you. Sorry, but that is all I can find.

In the book "Pleasantville, Iowa, Past & Present 1976" there are three Clark families listed with short articles written. In the one about Shorty Clark Family, it states that Orivis "Shorty" Clark (1880-1956) and wife Katherine "Kit" (Jackson) (1882-1963) lived in Pleasantville, Iowa. They had seven children: Roberta; Laverne; Ada Maxine; Glenn 'Ginger' (wife: Vera); Leland; Vivian; and Donald.
