1880 Census Live on Chester Street, in Kingston, Ulster, New York

Find-a-grave: Insurance agent. Civil War service. Enlisted at age 14 as a drummer, Company F, 20th New York State Militia. Served April-August, 1861. Girard served several years on the Kingston Board of Supervisors and represented his ward as a Board of Alms Commissioner. He was a brother of the famous Hudson Valley landscape painter, Jervis McEntee.
