Mrs. Gertrude Loughner Jones, 82, 100 Western Ave., Irwin, died in Jeannette District Memorial Hospital Wednesday (Feb. 26, 1975). She was born in Paintertown Oct. 10, 1892. Surviving are her husband, Elton Jones; two sons, John W., Monroeville, and Charles Glenn, RD 2 Irwin; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. The members of Paintertown Civic Club was formerly a member of Pythian Sisters. Friends are being received at William N. Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main St., Irwin, 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Saturday at 3 p.m. with Rev. Nevin Crouse officiating. Interment will follow in Irwin Union Cemetery.
