    BYLSMA, Gertrude S., age 77 of 914 Front St., Lynden passed away suddenly at her home Friday June 11, 1982. Born in Orange City, Iowa, Miss Bylsma had been a Lynden resident for more than 60 years. She was a member of the First Reformed Church in Lynden and had taught Sunday School for many years. She is survived by 2 sisters, Mrs. Bessie Eilert in Santa Ana, Calif. & Mrs. Edith Ault in Fife; 2 sisters-in-law, Mrs. Minnie Bylsma & Mrs. Nancy Bylsma both of Lynden; numerous nieces & nephews. Memorial services will be conducted on Wed. June 16 at 2 pm in the First Reformed Church with Rev. Cornelius Rienties officiating. Graveside committal services will precede at 1 pm in Monumenta Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Ministry of Bud & Patty Bylsma in care of World Concern. Services are under the direction of Gillies Funeral Home, Lynden.
