1861 - With wife, two unmarried daughters, and niece (Mary Ann WHARTON, widow, aged 47, born at North Lopham) at North Lopham. Farmer of 94 acres employing 4 men and 3 boys, aged 77, born at North Lopham.

1871 - Living in North Lopham (farmer) when he died. Death registered in Guiltcross. Will with a codicil proved at Norwich on 11 July 1871 by Mary Ann WHARTON, daughter spinster, sole surviving executor.
