    Topeka State Journal Saturday 29 July, 1972:

    SENECA - Services will be Sunday at Thornburg Funeral Home here for George H. Weyer, 72, Seneca, who died her Thursday in a hospital where he was admitted May 8.

    He was born June 29, 1900 south of Baileyville where he spent his early life. He lived in the community east of Seneca about 9 years before he moved into Seneca in 1949.

    He formerly was a farmer and later was a mechanic in Seneca. He owned and operated an automobile repair shop in Seneca from 1955 until this year.

    He was married to Nora Ann Crumrine Jan. 10, 1920. She died July 5,1961. Survivors include a son, Lyle Weyer, Goff; a daughter, Mrs. Dolores Clickner, Kalamazoo, Mich.; 2 sisters, Mrs. Edna Thompson, Grant, Neb., and Mrs. Erma Bigalow, Baileyville; and 4 grandchildren.

    Burial will be in Centralia Cemetery in Nemaha County.
