George Waldock was baptised on 29th March 1794 at Stotfold in Bedfordshire, son of Ann Waldock, formerly Marshall, and her husband William Waldock. George was baptised privately, and was not received into the church until he was over two years old, on the same day that his younger brother James was baptised.
