"WWI VETERAN (1917-1918). Glenn was the son of Ananias B. and Lucy Whiteleather Shanower with siblings: Otis and Mabel. He married Drella Mollett on 2 March 1921 in Henry County, and they had Leota Ruth, Erma Jean, Velma, and Lee Arthur. After Drella's death in 1945, Glenn married Alta McCombs Pauff on 9 September 1953 in Wood County. He had two years of high school and was a clerk in a retail store. Glenn was of medium height and build with blue eyes and brown hair."
