George Parsons

Fostoria -- George A Parsons, 87, of 461 W Lytle St, Lot 94, Fostoria, a nd formerly of N Baltimore, died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, 2003 at h is residence.

He was born Nov. 24, 1915 in N Baltimore to Willis and Celestia (Claybaug h) Parsons. He married Dorothy I Thompson on April 21, 1938 in N Baltimor e, and she died in 2002.

Surviving are a daughter, Karol K Parsons-Abeyta, Fostoria; four grandchil dren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a sist er, Annabelle Wooley, Oregon OH.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard and Jack L; and a siste r, Louise Parsons.

Mr. Parsons was a plumber pipe fitter for Toledo Union and Colorado Loc al for 47 years.

He was a member of various gun clubs.

Private services will be held at Mann-Hare Funeral Home, Fostoria.

There will be no visitation.
