Acquisition of Land from Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants:
- M-18: George Parke son of George Parke dec'd of Hampshire County, 400 acres on Great Cacapehon in said County, reserving 1/3 to Elizabeth Ashbrook widow and relict of said George Parke dec'd during her natural life and after her decease whole to said George Parke.
