   THE LAST PARAGRAGH OF probate document i think it is saying, On the seventh day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty four [admin?] with the will annexed of the all and singular [abi ist?] goods ? chattels and credits of the Honorable Charles Graville Montagu commonly called Lord Charles Graville Montagu late of Halifax in the province of Nova Scotia in North America Deceased was granted to Paul Maylor? Esquire a creditor of the said deceased he having been first sworn duly to administer, the Most Noble George Duke of Manchester the brother of the said deceased and one of the Executors named in the said will having first renounced the Execution thereof as well for himself as the Curator or Guardian thereof lawfully assigned to George Charles Montagu a Minor the son of the said deceased and the other executor named in the said will and also as the curator or guardian lawfully assigned to the said George Charles Montagu.
