   Leaves his land and house to son John.

   Mentions no wife or slaves, and no slaves are recorded in his inventory.
   No executor named.
   Witnesses: Robert Pollard, James Smith, John Wells.
   Thomas Parfitt and John Cook to oversee division of personal property among all four children.

2. ↑ Named as a son in will of Robert Mitchell dated 16 Nov 1702 when he is under 18 years of age; hence born after 1684.
   
   He appears only once on the Lancaster County tithe lists on 13 Dec 1710 with one tithe (Orders 1702-1713, p. 255). Since this is first (and last) appearance, he would have been at least 16 years old on that date, meaning he was born no later than 1692.
   
   Hence a year of birth between 1684 and 1692.
