    George E. MacLellan Jr., vice president and treasurer of American Woolen Company, a unit of Textron, Inc., at his retirement in 1961, died of heart ailment at his home. He was 80 years old and lived at 35 Roosevelt Avenue, New Rochelle, N.Y.

    Surviving are his widow, the former Marian Immel; a son, George E. MacLellan 3d; daughter, Jean Coons, and brother, Neil.
