                               •       The dwelling house which I now live in with the garden etc. belonging which I purchased of Mr CABELL to my wife Joane, her Exors etc for the remainder of my term
                               •       £75 18s 4d and £45 which he borrowed to my son George HOOPER
                               •       A further £50 to my son George HOOPER
                               •       The dwelling house now in his possession to my son George HOOPER, his Exors etc. for the remainder of the term
