    G.A. Goodman, aged 63 passed away at 11;30 Monday morning, June 11, 1945 at the home in Waverly after a long illness, Mr Goodman has been an invalid for 18 years and had not been able to raise his head off the pillow for 14 years. He had been seriously ill for the past three days with a heart ailment.
    He is survived by his wife of the home, two children, Mrs Virgil Ice of Waverly and Dale Goodman of Oakland CA a brother Charles Goodman of Oakland CA and a sister Mrs Frank Skinner of Bucyrus,OH. Three grandchildren also survive.
    Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Thursday afternoon from the Methodist Church in Waverly.
