Henry farmed Lot 30 and the south half of Lot 29 Concession 2 Howick Twp which he had purchased from his brother James about 1880 who in turn had purchased this Crown Deed land from John Virtue.In the early 1900's Henry had homesteaded near Verwood Sask. In 1913 illness forced him to return to the Howick Twp farm now farmed by his son Austin.
