↑ 2.02.1 George about 1854, and "W. E." about 1858 are listed in the 1860 census, but in the 1870 census, only George about 1858. It is not clear what happened due to lack of records found. Clearly both sons co-existed in 1860. Possibly the names were reversed in the census. Possibly the younger son took the name George upon the death of the older. Whatever happened, we seem to end up with a George b. 1858.
