- ↑ The informant on George's death certificate was his son, Harvey Brown. Harvey's mother was George's first wife and died in 1911. George's second wife, Norah, died just a few months before him.
Harvey reported that George's wife was Lillian Mayberry. This could have been because she was his mother, or somehow he didn't acknowledge Norah as having been George's wife.
