George settled in Johnstown, New York, leasing 100 acres from Sir William Johnson and clearing 20 of those acres.[1]

George followed Sir John Johnson to Canada in 1776, [1] and joined the Kings Royal Regiment of New York.[2] He died while in the British military.[1]
