To my Loving Brother Nicholas Brent & to his heirs forever I give all my Land and Rights to Land Given to me by my father's wife in ye Kingdom of England. Also I give to my said Brother Nicholas Brent & his heirs for over my ___ dwelling house and all the Lands & tenaments with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging according as it is by my Fathers Will appointed & Bequeathed to me. Also I give to my said Brother Nicholas Brent & his heirs forever my one thousand acres of Land at Nomonia? in such manner & under such Reservation as it is bequeathed to me in my __ Fathers will.

To my Loving Brother Robert Brent and his heirs forever I Give my Land at Quantirott? containing 500 acres bought by my father of Mr. William Boarnd on which James Leatherland is Tenemant of 200 Acres and bequeathed to me by my Fathers Will. I give to my said Brother Robert Brent & his heirs forever my 355 acres __ budgon? whereon Thomas Thompson & Tennanmt. whereas there is a Rent charge upon it of 500 pounds of Tob0. a year for three years laid By my father in his will be paid to Robert Kings widow my Will and morning? is & I do shistly? injoyn my said Brother Robt. Brent to pay the said Rent Charge according to my Fathers will.

To my brother Henry Brent & his heirs forever I give 400 acres of my hunting Creek Land being part of a Greater Tract whereon Robt. Williams is tenement.

Also I give to my Brother Robert Brent & his heirs forever over 400 Acres of Land more of the same tract equally to be divided.

Also I give to my Brother Nicholas Brent & his heirs forever teh Plantation the Residue of the said land whereon the said Robert Williams is Tennement being 343 Acres of Land & my will & Desire is that my said Brother Henry Brent dividend of the said Lane be first laid out And that he possess the same at 18 years of Age & that he my said Brother Robert Brent dividend of the said Land be next laid out to Say ___ the same immediately after my Decease and that the Plantaion & Remr. 343 Acres of the same land be Roshed in my Brother Nich. Brent after my Decease.

To my sister Elizabeth who intermarried with Mr. Thomas Langman and her heirs forever 200 Acres of the 1,391 [or 1,891] Acres lying near Budgons to my Brother Robert Brent and his heirs forever.

I give 200 Acres more of the same Land in ___ To my Brother Nicholas Brent & his heirs forever.

I give 400 acres more of the same Land in __ my Will & meaning being that my Brother Nich. Brent divid. of thos. Land be first laid out my Brother Robt. divident next of my sister Eliza. Longmans next to my Brother Henry rent and his heirs forever I give 200 Acres more of the same Land infes? to be next land out which I ___ that he may possess when at full age & in the eantime to be under the care of ward of his Brother Nicholas Brent.

To my sister Mary Brent & her heirs forever I give 200 Acres of the same Land to be next laid out to be next laid out.

To my sister Martha Brent and her heirs forever I give 200 Acres more of the same Land to be last laid out AFs. to be Brenthane? Land the first 2020.

I leave to the said to my Brither Nich Brent according as the same is devised to me by my father's Will to Intents? & Purposes? and Continrutions Also to the 3,000 acres at Brontlavane? not yet disposed of.

I give to my Brother Nich Brent __ __ of his Body and for Default of __ heirs to be Brother Robt. Brent __ heirs __ of his body forever will & meaning is according to the ___ of my father's Will to whishit? is so forrsd.

I desire to Bequeath all my Personal Estate as Followeth (Viz)

To my Brother Nich. Brent I give my Negroes Muhsh & Sogo alias Jack to my Brother Robert Brent & his heirs forever. I give Goliah and Kate & her child to my sister Eliz. Longman is she ___ into the County again.

I Give and ag? my Negroes Children upon the Division to be made of tho. Negroes not bequeathed by my Fathers Will.

A to teh money in Romndas? & a Share of what shall r__ to my part of Wm Grodash? Esta to I give the Same to the Children Henry, Mary & ___ to be Distributed to them share & share alike only to my Souz. Richd. Brent Son & heir of my unslo? Robert Brent deceased.

I give five pounds thereof ___ this money to be paid to them by my Exor. or Exors as soon as may be & wish as list ___ of Remittance of money as may be ____?

To my Bro. Robt. Brent & his heirs forever I give & Bequeath 10£ Sterl? to buy him two pieces of Plate & dosire? him to put his Cost of Arms thorson and keep it in my Remembrance the one 5£ Being given him by my Father's Will & the other 5£ I desire he ___ of it as my Bequest.

To my Brother Nicholas Brent & his heirs forever I give & Bequeath all my Plake? & also I give to my Brother Nicholas Brent my set of Gold Bottons.

To my brother Robt. Brent I give my Silver Buckle. I also give to my Brother Robert Brent my Black s__ & allod Turk more in the woods and to my Cousin Thomas Clifton I Give my gray house & allod from me and pray the son to artopt? the same as to my Cattle Coros? & Hoggs I leave them to the prudence of my Exor. or Exors here after named my __ & Thoa Fough & Plough Geer which I have sent for out of England.

To my Brother Robert Brent I give two houng steers.

To my Brother Thos. Langman & dosc? Arthor Jackson Each of them I give a Guinea to buy them a pair of Black Gloves which I do desire shom? to wear for my sake?

And Lastely I do make ordain Constiture & appoint my two Loving Bros. Nicholas Brent & Robt. Brent sole eXors. of this my Last Will & Testament...
