Geneva M. “Neve” Crumrine died on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2017 at Fairway Pines, Sebring. She was born on March 4, 1923 in Lynchburg, Virginia, the daughter of George and Clara Walrond. She married Del Crumrine on May 23, 1942 and they celebrated 75 years of marriage last May. They were very close throughout their lives together and died two weeks apart.
Del and Neve lived and raised their children in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Neve devoted her life to being a wife and mother. They moved to Crystal Lake Club when it opened in 1987 and lived there until last July. They enjoyed the many friends they made in the Crystal Lake community and were active in the many activities. Neve especially enjoyed the swimming pool and rarely missed a day of swimming her laps.
Neve was preceded in death by her beloved husband, her parents, two brothers, and an infant daughter. She is survived by three children, Shirley Douglas (Rob), Linda Lacny (Jerry), and Charles Crumrine (Jean); two grandchildren and four great-grandsons.
There will be no calling hours. She will be greatly missed by her family.
