My information is that Hamilton's father was Roswell Fairman whose wife was Roxy Leach. There is some confusion however about Roswells actual name however and it could have been Furman/Firman? My research has turned up another Roswell Fairman about the same time that I believe is not in my lineage? I have lineage of Leach/Conant.

Celestia Warren's father was Joshua Warren born before 1775 died at Chittenango Falls, New York (near Syracuse) 1824. Wife Elizabeth Dunn 1781-1853 buried at Lake County Illinois. I don't know Joshua Warren's father but have research indicating he was a revolutinary war soldier and that Celestia was a cousin to Gen. Joseph Warren (Bunker Hill). Celestia had siblings James, Eliza, Harriet, David, Wallis.

Feb 25, 1907 in California, wife Elizabeth Jane (don't know last name) moved to California in 1861 lived in Vallejo later Fresno ( I live in Bakersfield, CA and have never researched this line - would love to have any information you have). Descendants: Nettie Bee Fairman b.1864 Jessie Fairman Hugh Hamilton Fairman b. 1875

Solon Fitzray Fairman 1842-1901 (Antioch, Ilinois; Bushnell, Kansas, New Sharon, Iowa) m. Mary Scott Bushnell Ilinois. Descendants: Mande 1875-1879 Edith b. 1880 Clyde Scott b. Oct. 1883.

FYI Hamilton also had a daughter Janet S. Fairman b. July 20, 1846 Antioch, Illinois, m. James Hugh King of Walnut Grove, Ilinois descendants: Jennie Irene m. Jonas A. McGrew
