Knight 1915 ~ 2005 Our beloved mother, Gale Stewart Knight returned to her heavenly home on Sunday May 1, 2005. She was born January 18, 1915 in Logan, Utah to Mabel Richards and Willie Helaman Stewart. She married Richard Knight on July 2, 1935 in the Salt Lake Temple. As a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in many callings, including service as a full time missionary and as an ordinance worker in the Salt Lake Temple. Her beautiful voice was appreciated by all who heard her sing. She was a gifted and much loved teacher in the church and in the salt Lake School District where she taught for many years. She found much joy in the beauties of nature and her greatest delight was children. Respected and loved by all who knew her and cherished by her family, she made our world a better place. In a difficult world, she taught by example that forgiveness and unconditional love bring peace. She is survived by nine children: Richard S.
