1. Never married.

2. About 1990 Fred Banta received several boxes containing Bibles, loose photographs and albums of the Moores, Margaret Banta, and Liggetts. Also included were Aunt Margaret's personal effects, a Moore descendant chart, and a kerchief perhaps belonging to Styntie Montfort (1751- ). The boxes were sent by a lawyer in West Los Angeles, but by the time efforts were made to contact her, she was no longer in practice and could not be reached.

The contents may have been sent per the instructions of Frederick C. Moore (1877-1964 ) upon his death. He had no known survivors. This presumption is supported by a note Myra Banta Nelson wrote on a sheet of family history to the effect that, "Fred Moore has the family Bible." However, the boxes arrived many years after his death, and were sent from Los Angeles, rather than Arizona, where he died. It seems likely that at Fred's death, his effects were given to Catherine Liggett Barr (1899-1985 ), his niece, who lived in the Los Angeles area. Upon her death in 1985, the Liggett materials perhaps were added and the whole collection sent to Fred Banta. The Liggett sisters were very close to Myra and Charles; one of the sisters rented an apartment from them on Catalina St. in Los Angeles..

This Bible willed to Brent by request of Myra. The entries for David Moore and Sarah Brown were probably made in 1920-1930; by 1941, this person's hand writing was less legible (perhaps Frederick C. Moore).).
