- Frederick Fulkerson received a Granville Grant for 500 acres "on Middle Fork of Tarrarat River" on 9 May 1756, as listed in the disposition below. He later conveyed 200 acres to his daughter, Susannah Stuart (Stewart), wife of John Stewart and widow of Thomas Bledsoe:

- William Robertson & wf Charity, Fincastle Co. VA. to James Roberts, 400 pds 500 acres on Middle Fork Tarrarat River; Granville Grant to Frederick Fulkerson, 9 May 1756; then divided & 200 ac conveyed by Fulkerson to Susannah Stuart in her widowhood under the name of Susannah Bledsoe; by John Stuart & sd Susannah to Henry Manadue, Senr; from sd Manadue, Senr. to Henry Manadue, Junr; to Wm. Robertson 29 Dec 1771. The other 300 ac by sd Fredr. Fergason to Susannah Bledsoe; from John Stuart & sd Susannah to William Robertson 1765.
