[Obituary from the Charleston Daily Mail]: Fred Cline, 80, of 1932 19th Street, Nitro, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 1993, in Huntington Veterns Administration Medical Center after a long illnesss. He was a retired operator from American Viscose Aviex Fibers, Nitro, with 39 years of service. He was a native of Mannington, a 56-year resident of Nitro and an Army vetern of World War II. He was a graduate of the former Gilmore High School, Jackson County. Surviving wife: Vivian Wiley Cline; sons, Richard A. Cline of Naryland Heights, Mo., Fred H. Robmiller of Nitro; daughter, Jane Cline Bonner of Nitro; sister, Ruth West of Mannington; five grandchildren. Service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Lower Mausoleum Chapel Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, with William Larch officiating. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park.
