FRANK G. O'CONNOR Napanoch, N.Y. Frank G. O'Connor of Napanoch, a retired caretaker for the Ellenville Public Library and lifetime area resident, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2001 in Horton Medical Center, Middletown. He was 63. The son of Lillian Irwin and the late Jerry O'Connor, he was born June 29, 1937 in Napanoch. Survivors include his wife Kay Wilhelm O'Connor of Napanoch; one son, Sean O'Connor of Wurtsboro; one daughter, Kelli Rafferty of Bradley; his mother of Napanoch; one brother, Robert O'Connor of Napanoch; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, at Loucks Funeral Home, Route 209, Ellenville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16, at the funeral home. Rev. Peggyann Sauerhoff will officiate. Burial will be in the Fantinekill Cemetery, Ellenville. Donations may be made to Tucker Cancer Care Center, c/o Horton Medical Center, Middletown. Funeral arrangements are by Loucks Funeral Home, Ellenville.
