From a descendant: "My grandfather, Frank, was born 24 October 1898 in Putnam County Tenn., not 1900. When he got his delayed birth certificate in 30s or 40s, it came back 1900. Papo was career Navy. He didn't feel like changing a multitude of bureaucracy in military records, so he did nothing. Frank & Mollie were married 16 Feb 1936 in Roane County Tennessee. He died 25 June 1970 in Harriman, Roane County Tennessee. They're both buried at Roane Memorial Gardens, Roane County Tenn."
