  8.   Family Notes per User:GRANDMAPIGGY.

In 1910 Rose Chilman is shown living with her 1st husband Marinus Paulson age 33 and her daughter Helen Paulson age 4 in area somewhere around 27th Fort area.

There has always been a family story that "Aunt" Rose had lived next door to Frank for "years and years" and may have helped in raising Ida and Henry. This really does not seem to be true based on her still being with her 1st husband in 1910 and by 1916 both Frank and Rose have divorced their spouses and married each other.
