Apr. 13, 1718; m. (2) in Stratford, Conn., Dec. 13, 1721, Abigail Bingham, daughter of Dea. Abel and Elizabeth (Odell) Bingham, of Stratford, b. June 7, 1696, who d. Feb. 18, 1754. … m. (3) in Norwich, Dec. 23, 1755, Mrs. Patience Starr, who was Patience Seabury, daughter of John and Elizabeth (Alden) Seabury, who m. (1) Joseph Latham, s. of Joseph and Mary, and who m. (2) Benjamin Starr. She d. Apr. 18, 1761. They were members of the First Congregational Church. Francis d. 1760, ae 69. His tombstone in the old Norwich cemetery, with those of Patience and Abigail; also there is a stone in this group which is supposed to be that of Elizabeth. The will of Francis dated Nov. 5, 1760, State Library, Hartford, Conn., mentions wife Patience; children Isaac, Daniel, Abel, Francis, Adonijah, Mary, Abigail, and Elizabeth."
