6 APR 1703 "or thereabouts." Noncupative will of Frances Buckley, Lancaster County. The affiants were John Chilton, Jane Foster and Mary Chappell, and state she was 52 years old "or thereabouts" (b. ca 1651), that she was very sick and weak but of sound sense and memory and "said that as her husband Thomas Buckley left her Executrix of his last will so she left her brother Richard Stephens for Executor but hoped he would give the children something." Lancaster County DW 8, p. 128 (256). The inventory of her estate follows this will, and was made 27 AUG 1703 by John Yorkman, Jno. Davies, John Chilton and John Mullis. (DW 8, pp. 257-260.) [It appears from later records that both James and William Hill had sons named John Hill.] NOTE: According to Robert K.
