On April 27, 1820, John Arnold married Frances Buckner Price. She was the daughter of John Price Jr. and Elizabeth Gaddes, residents of King George County. John and Frances had 7 children to reach maturity, namely Sarah Buckner Arnold, Mark Arnold, Elizabeth Gaddes Arnold, Jemima Arnold, Mary Frances Arnold, Thomas Thornton Arnold and Philip Arnold. Frances Buckner Price died on February 9, 1851 and is also buried here in the cemetery.
Within a year after Fannie's death, John (we assume since he was very lonely with no one around to keep him company except his many kids) remarried a third time to Jane Went on January 29, 1852. She was the daughter of James and Jane Kenyon Went, who were also residents of King George County, Virginia. This marriage produced no children
