Lick Creek Cemetery (Row 17) has a "WINGART, JOHN, (Broken off at dates.) " buried next to "Frances M. McKinley, w/o D.M. McKinley, d. Sept. 25, 1855 age 24 y, 2 m, 12 d." and "Lycorgos, s/o D.M. & Frances M., Dec . 4, 1855, age 3 mo,"

See copy of probate papers in file. Widow was always referred to as Fanny Wingard. Property owned by John Wingard in the estate was described as :" the west half of the north west quarter of Section ten (10) in Township Six (6) north of Range two (2) east, containing eighty acres of land, appraided at $?750.00 " The land was bought at auction in Mar. 1853 by Christoph Miller for $3435. (and being more that two third of the appraised value thereof") (Christoph Miller is also buried in Lick Creek Cemetery (Row 15) and died Sept 20, 1856 at age 80 y, 2 m, 3 d. there were about 20 other Millers buried in Center Twp., Williams County, OHIO.

Miller, Christopher , age 41 born PA------(BROTHER) Miller, Cloeage 42 Albert, age 16 OH Huldah, age 13, OH Charles, age 11, OH Custele, age 6, OH David, age 3, OH had another child, Marion, born Nov. 9, 1860 in OH and died Sept 15,1862, buried in Lick Creek Cemetery, Center Twp., Williams Co.
