MRS. FRANCES WOODS

Mrs. Frances Woods, 54, died at 8 p.m. Sunday at the home of her son, Roy Rupright, 453 West Third st. Complications of diseases is given as the cause of death, following an illness since September.
Mrs. Woods was born in Green township, Mahoning county, near Calla.  She had spent most of her life in this vicinity and had lived in Salem for 20 years.
 She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church and the Unity Bible class.
 Her first husband died about 28 years ago, later she married Carl Woods who preceded her in death 20 years.
 She is survived by one son, Roy Rupright; two grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Mary McGowen and Mrs. Jennie Corll,  Canfield, and Mrs. Erma Schaffer of Salem; four brothers, Walter, Edward, Fred and Brinton Gibbons of Salem.
 Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Arbaugh funeral home, 1617 East State st. in charge of Rev. S.A. Mayer. Interment will be at Cornersburg, near Youngstown.
 Friends may call at the Arbaugh funeral home from Tuesday noon up until the time of the funeral.
