An undated agreement recorded on 10 Feb 1711/2 between Major Joshua Wynne and "Frances Cocke the relict of Thomas Cocke, dec'd" mentions that their marriage was "shortly to be solemnized". The article goes on to say: '...John and William Anderson are easily identified as the brothers of "Frances Wynne" who died in 1726, ...'
'Relying on a few surviving wills, genealogists of the Anderson and Herbert families of Prince George later claimed correctly that "Frances Wynne," who died between 6 October 1725 and 14 March 1725/6 leaving a will, was a daughter of John Anderson and the wife first of John Herbert.'
