Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Hartman Funeral Home for Forrest Clarmon Crockett, 69, who died at 1 a.m. Saturday at his home, 751 N. Walsh Ave.
Mr. Crockett, who died suddenly of a heart attack, was born in Elizaville, Boone County, on June 16, 1893, the son of William H. and Mary K. (Bridgett) Crockett.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Rose Davidson, South Bend; three sisters, Mrs. Salome Jones and Mrs. Martha Culley of Frankfort, and Mrs. Pearl Grabarz, Niles, Michigan; and two brothers, William and Howard Crockett, both of Frankfort.
Two sons, two sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
Mr. Crockett had spent most of his life in Clinton County. He worked for his brother, William, in the trucking business.
The Rev. Lewis G. Smith will officiate at the Monday services and interment will be in Bunnell Cemetery.
