Skerritt Jr., 72, of Baldwinsville and Vienna died Saturday at the Veteran Administration Medical Center in Syracuse. Mr. Skerritt was a native of Camden and lived most of his life in Baldwinsville. He was a 1949 graduate of Syracuse University. In 1986, Mr. Skerritt retired as a sales representative for National Adhesives after 30 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Baldwinsville. He was an Army Air Corps veteran, serving during World War II. He was a member of the VFW Post 155 and the American Legion Post 113, both in Baldwinsville. Mr. Skerritt was a life member of the Bridgeport Rod & Gun Club; a member of the Central New York Road & Gun Club; and the Baldwinsville Rod & Gun Club. Surviving are his wife, Bertha A.; two daughters, Ann Morales of Stockton, Calif., and Susan A. Middlemore of Baldwinsville; a stepson, Edward R. Brooks of Theodore, Ala.; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial is in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Camden. References
