    Floyd E. Sapp, 60, of Ottumwa Route 4 died at 11:25 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Hospital. He had had a heart condition.

    He was the son of George W. and Carrie Mower Sapp and was born at Unionville Oct. 8, 1904. He had lived in Wapello County most of his life.

    An Army overseas veteran of World War II, he entered the service Aug. 19, 1942 at Ft. Leavenworth, Kan., and was discharged June 16, 1945 at Jefferson Barracks, Mo.

    Surviving are three brothers, Eddie of Ottumwa Route 4, and Fred and Harold, both of Ottumwa; one sister, Mrs. Mary Holloway of Kansas City, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.

    The funeral will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in charge of the Rev. Stanton Johnson of the First Pentecostal Assembly of God Church.

    Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery where military services at the grave will be in charge of the local American Legion post.
