Fidelia (Friberg) Crumrine, longtime Edmonds, WA resident, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2013, in Shoreline, WA. She was born on May 7, 1918 in Clarkfield, MN, to Sven and Amanda Friberg.
Fidelia married Eugene Crumrine of LaConner, WA, on July 15, 1951. They first lived in Seattle, then moved to Edmonds in 1954.
Fidelia was devoted to her family and is survived by her son, Alan (Victoria); daughter, Barbara (David Jones); grandchildren, Tiffany Sparks (Adam) and Trevor (Lindsey Delaney); and her two great-grandchildren, Cage and Ryder. She also has two sisters, Marcella Mikelson and Gwendolyn Curran; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
She loved spending time with family and friends, taking camping trips to Guemes Island and Wynoochee Wildwood with the whole family, and often told people that she loved reading so much "that the house could fall down around me but I wouldn't even know it."
Fidelia was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, her parents, and seven older brothers.
