Death? Richmond, Henrico, Virginia, USABurial was in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA

Death date not yet established--- Have old newspaper clipping of her obit on the back of a picture. However the dateline from the newspaper was omitted. Since she was listed in Hill's Richmond Virginia city Directory in 1937, here death must have occured after that. The obit is as follows:

Mrs. Fidelia D. Waugh Funeral Services for Mrs. Fidelia D. Waugh, widow of Thomas Emmett Waugh, who died today at her home, 4116 Springhill Ave., will be held at 10AM Friday at Morrisett's Funeral Home with interment following in Lynchburg. Mrs. Waugh was a granddaughter of William Charles Davis, who was a nephew of the late George Davis, Bishop of Canterbury, England. In the maternal line she was a granddaughter of Emma Elizabeth O'Riley, a daughter of Captain Michael O'Riley, of the Revolutionaly Army. She was also a great-granddaughter of Cordelia Clinton, a sister of General Clinton. Mrs. Waugh is survived by two daughters, Mrs. C. M. Bell of Jacksonville, Fla., and Miss Mary Waugh, of Richmond; one son, Thomas E. Waugh, Jr., of Baltimore, Md.; also by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Since Morrisett's Funeral Home was in Richmond, I am assuming she was probably living in Richmond at the time of her death.
