    She was survived by a son, Edward Omachel of Fairfax, Va.; three daughters, Fern Goodworth and her husband, Douglas, of Avella, Diane Sproull and her husband, John, of Greensburg and Denise L Omachel (1956-2004) of Monroeville; and three grandchildren, Lisa, Thomas and Roberta.

    In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Alex Omachel, in 1973; and three brothers, Harry, Earl and Carl Tee.
