Faye Short Keller 30 March 1910 - 27 May 1997

QUAPAW, Okla. — Faye Keller, 87, 109 Elm St., died at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 1997, at Baptist Regional Health Center, Miami, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on U.S. 69, south of Picher.

Mrs. Keller was born March 30, 1910, at Aurora, Mo.

She lived in the Quapaw area most of her life.

She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Quapaw.

She married Willard Fay Keller on Oct. 19, 1925, at Columbus, Kan. He died July 11, 1973.

Survivors include a son, Darrell Keller, Parsons, Kan.; two grandsons; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Quapaw. The Rev. Leslie Couch Jr. will officiate.

Burial will be in GAR Cemetery, Miami.

Arrangements are under the direction of Paul Thomas Funeral Home, Picher.

Pallbearers will be Steve Hambleton, Ray Sjorlund, Jim Jennings, Carl Morton, Fred Richards and Norval Draper.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
