Mrs. Charles Truss, 72, a former resident of Wabash, died Tuesday evening at 10 o'clock in the home of her sister, Mrs. Myrtle Sincox in Knoxville, Tenn. Mrs. Truss had gone to visit her sister several months ago and suffered a stroke of paralysis shortly after her arrival. She had been ill for the past four months.
Mrs. Truss left Wabash several years ago and had lived south of Wabash, near Converse, before going to Knoxville.
Survivors are three children, Lewis Truss of Marion, Mrs. Mabel Metcalf and Charles Truss; three brothers, Jake Knee of Fort Wayne, Aaron Knee of Charlotte, N.C., and Will Knee of Swayzee, the sister, Mrs. Sincox, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body was brought to the Diggs Funeral home in Marion where services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. #Burial will be in Falls cemetery here.
