   Fannie E. Barnhart, 79, Meyersdale, died Nov. 28, in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Nov. 29, 1886, in Meyersdale, she was a daughter of Artha and Sarah (Weimer) Housel.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman, in 1958, and by three sons, Earl, Eugene and Charles.
