Oswego County Messenger, Feb 1981: EZRA HUGH OYER Williamstown-- Ezra Hugh Oyer, 61, of Route 13, died Tuesday [3rd] at his home. He was born in Williamstown, son of Anson and Mary Miller Oyer Jr. He was educated in Williamstown and married Geraldine Roser Aug. 15, 1941 in Williamstown. He served with the Army in the European Theater and was a member of Williamstown Federated Church and Williamstown American Legion. He had been employed by Camden Wire Co. for 35 years. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Brenda at home; five sisters, Mrs. William Britton, Mrs. Erwin Webb, Mrs. Donald Britton, Mrs. Leland Britton and Mrs. Ralph Madison of Camden; three brothers, Anson B. Jr. of Dayton, Ohio, George H. of Camden and Hugh M. of Oswego. Services will be Friday [6th].... at Sanborn-McDaniels Funeral Home, Camden. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown.
