Ewald's middle name of the death certificate appears to be "Wm." but I can't be sure of it. He died at 2 mos. 16 days from "Inanition" which is, according to a medical term book at the MN Historical Soc., "a lack of food". So sad.

Family talk of years ago was that Grandma Hagen had had a set of twins and that one died at birth and one about a year later. The story was that the one who died later drowned. I can't find a death certificate for that one so far.
