   Evelyn M. Bowman, 67, of Star Route, Frostburg, Maryland, died Feb.10, 1983 at her residence.   Born in Meyersdale, she was a daughter of the late Henry J. Miller and Alice (Hotchkiss) Miller.  She was an ordained minister for the Church of the Brethren and was pastor of the Georges Creek Church of  the Brethren, Lonaconing, Maryland; a member of the governing board of Garrett County Community Action, and employed by the Garrett County Committee on Aging.
