I Eve Robertson of the State of North Carolina & County of Alamance being of sound mind & memory do make & declare this my last will & Testament in manner & form following, that my executors shall provide for my body a decent burial & pay all personal expenses together with all my just debts out of my moneys that may first come into their hands as a part or parcel of my Estate, my will is that my executors sell all my personal & real estate except twelve feet square around the grave of my husband Nathaniel Robertson Dec'd and collect all my debts owing to me from all persons & all of my estate to be divided as follows: My will is that my son Rolly C. Robertson have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that my son Michael Robertson have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that my son Stanford Robertson have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that my son Nathaniel Robertson children shall have one 9th part of my estate be equally divided between them,

my will is that my Daughter Elizabeth wife of John Z. Clapp have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that my Daughter Philpeny wife of Henry Fogleman have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that my grandchildren children of my Daughter Tempy Fogleman Dec'd have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that my grandchildren children of my Daughter Milly Clapp Dec'd have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that Daughter Polly D. wife of Martin Moser have one 9th part of my estate,

my will is that if any of my children fail to pay their debts to my estate their debt is to be taken out of their part or their children part as a part of my estate.

I hereby constitute & appoint William Patterson & Martin Moser my lawful executors to all intents & purposes to execute this my last will and Testament according to law the true intent & meaning of the same & every part & clause thereof January the 30th 1855.
